More M.A.C Products

Although I loved the Lipsticks and Lipgloss colors I recently purchased a few days ago from MAC, I decided that two of the colors were too similar to one that I already owned.  I exchanged Honey Love and Blankety for Ravishing in a Cremesheen and Pink Lemonade Lipglass lipgloss.  Love these colors!  The combination of these two colors together give me a soft peachy finish.  I will probably get Honey Love and Blankety another time but I find they are really similar to Half in Half and I already own two of these.  I also exchanged the Russian Red Lipglass - I purchased this color to go with Ruby Woo, but found that I liked Ruby Woo without the lipgloss.  I instead get the St. Germain Lipglass to compliment my Up the Amp Lipstick.

New Year, New Body

I've decided to get my health back on track.  I actually started eating healthy and moderately working out about 5 months ago and kept it up until recently when I fell ill with the flu.  I put my workout on the  back burner and abandoned a healthier diet for comfort foods.  Now that my flu has gone and I'm feeling 100% percent again I made the decision to take my workout to the next level.  I ordered two pairs of running shoes from the online Nike Store.  I absolutely love these colors, they are so vibrant and these shoes are really light.  Can't wait to start working out!

Mini Mac Haul - Lipsticks and Lipglosses

Visited one of my favorite cosmetics stores today!  So happy with my recent purchase of M.A.C lipsticks and lipglosses.  I tried at least 16 shades before I decided on these 8 this round.  Lately I've been eye shopping by watching youtube tutorials and then I take note of the colors that I like on other women with similar skin complexions.  I think it's a great way to get a glance of what the shade may look like coupled with trying it on at the store.  I look forward to my next visit already.

Quick and Easy Pasta Meal

Lately, I have been craving pasta and discovered a new dish from Trader Joe's.  I really love this Linguine with Clam Sauce dish.  Once I like a new dish It's tempting to have it several times a week which is what happened in this case, it is so tasty and filling.  I actually only use the sauce and leave the clams out when I re-heat this dish.  After a long day at work its easy to prepare especially when you don't have time to cook from scratch.

Nail Color This Week

Tried out two new colors at the same time, Coco Cabana Banana (left hand) and Amazon Flirt (right hand) from the Gelish Harmony collection.  These colors remind me of Lemon and Lime.  Beautiful vibrant colors.  They are a little runny and required several coats but as always I loved the end result.

Trying out Princess Tiara this week.  I thought it would have been a little lighter but I still think it's a nice nude purple color.
