Mac Matchmaster Foundation

I think I finally found a foundation favorite.  I purchased the MAC Matchmaster foundation 7.5 over five months ago and I can honestly say that it has become one of my favorite foundations.  It has a medium coverage and gives me a smooth finish especially when applied with a Duo Blending Blush.

Nail Color This Week

Holy Neon!  This color actually looks a lot more vibrant in person.  I absolutely love this color against my complexion.

Latest Mini MAC Haul

I recently celebrated my birthday and treated myself to one of my favorite makeup lines - MAC!  I did an online purchase after watching some youtube videos combined with some items that I was running low on.  I got the Mineralize Skin Finish Natural - Dark Deep, Matchmaster Foundation in 7.5,  Honey Love, Kinda Sexy and Peachstock lipsticks, Chromaline black black eyeliner, Good Times Lipglass, Cork, Swiss Chocolate and Navel eyeshadows - can't wait to try them all!

NYX and MAC Lipstick/Lipgloss Combination

I love to mix and match my lipsticks and glosses to create new colors.  I combined NYX Matte lipstick in Butter with MAC Vegas Volt and lined my lips with MAC Chestnut liner and NYX Orange lip liner and topped everything off with MAC Lipglass Myth.

Nail Color This Week

It's Essie time again.  I absolutely love the colors and quality of Essie nail polish.  I am still a huge fan of gel nail polish but I am really getting used to the ease of applying and removing regular acrylic nail polish.  I got this lovely color called Braziliant done by my local nail salon.

Tom Yam Soup

I am always trying new foods to broaden my palette and stumbled on this gem at Trader Joes.  It is a medium spicy yet light and refreshing soup that goes great with a light salad.  I love soup and this is perfect for a light lunch.  It's really easy to prepare as well.  Just enter the contents in a microwaveable dish and in 5 minutes you have a great tasting dish.

Coastal Scents Travel Brush Kit

I was looking for a compact travel bush kit for everyday use and came across this neat find by Coastal Scents.  The case is a plush faux leather and has an invisible magnetic clasp that keeps it closed when not in use.  The brushes are just the perfect size and the bristles are super soft and of great quality (synthetic and pony/goat hair).  The case measures 6L by 4W.
